Red, That recipe sounds good. But I have to tell you, the last time the thread started talking food and exchanging recipes, I began to think that maybe I could cook. So I did that evening (and by cook, I mean put 2 or more ingredients to make a new dish). Well, I was sick, sick, sick that evening. Greta

Red - That is one of my favorite pasta dishes....use a recipe from a cookbook by Nancy Verde Barr...We Called It Macaroni...recipes are very similar except the one I use calls for a few teaspoons of wine vinegar. Have never tried it cold....would make a good summer meal. And Greta...this one is soooo easy to make...even makes me look like a good cook...smile.... Think I am going to try the chicken and zucchini recipe this weekend....will let you know how that one turns out...think it will be yummy. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Laura
