Dave, I've been at this for a while now, and have come to believe that the key to success in this "mine-field" market, (OTC) is your DD and patience. Look for a sensible business plan, some solid respectability and experience in the management team, and then don't put all your eggs in one basket. And above all, don't expect the stock to be predictable. They never are mainly due to the day traders and market maker's loose trading practices. I look for them to have a convincing effort/plan to list the company on one of the exchanges, that is a must have for me. My only excuse for being interested in this sector of the market is the excitement of finding the next Microsoft, or Yahoo, before the rest of the world establish a worthwhile position, and wait. Be careful, it is very risky. don't invest what you can't afford to loose. And much Good luck to you..... LoneStar
