So far no sign of the cavalry to rescue us to safe levels above 8600!
I hope soon a small dust cloud will appear on the horizon. From down here even +50 on good breadth would a nice finish.

P.S.Right now it looks like we will visit 8400 again. Quiet negative ticks...

ES, we had the early 100 pop (within a point or so) and then a second run of 75+ and general downtrend from there. Near the close I saw - 70 and my thoughts were, better sell something but a couple of candidates were sitting on support so that didn't make sense. In fact 10 of 14 were up and I sold 2 earlier today that were positive. I'm not bragging as I probably barely made anything, the point is the small caps (e.g. IFCI and CHCS) held up very well while the big caps were going down. At the end I guess I ended up 6 down and 8 up (plus 2 positive sales) so the market does seem to be paying some attention to GOOD individual stocks. I don't know how long that will last if we continue to slide but stocks like GVA (you like this one and had it before me) are holding solid so far.
Monday should be interesting and probably more selling at the close as the Prez has asked for 9 pm tv time to assure us that he hasn't done anything wrong again. LOL
