I thought it was huge news also when the Headlines ( from Dow Jones ) came over my Quotrek over an hour ago. Actually, by the market reaction, I thought I was dreaming when I saw it. Nothing short of a good settlement will get the Bear off our back short term. Lately, I've been taking Don's longer term perspective here: MO is a big winner from these levels. Patience is needed to reap the great rewards here. The Dividend is great in this market while we wait.

A terrific powerful ruling favorable to Tobacco,

and a daggar to the heart of the administration,
the FDA, and the entire, notion, of attempting to
go around the Congress.

A psychological and defastating sword against the
administration.

This is the end for the opposition.

Now, it is a tremendous trump card for the tacticians and
negotiator's to iron out the details.

A tremendously, important decision.

I am have been waiting for more than a year for this
single appeals court ruling.
