jhild, Not quite true... Every Nev. corp must file regestration papers and renew each year... Here is some old info on MTEI (or is it new?) Go to this link, once there type in mountain energy, then submit that request, once the new page comes up, click on 'view selection' at the top, you will see a current listing of all officers... The list of officers is required by the state and is public information... sos.state.nv.us ~Scott

Jetter, this is a NV company set up by John Christensen several years ago. Nevada effectively masks articles of incorporation, along with directors, and major shareholder identities. I am unaware of a means of access to that. Perhaps it will come out through the filing of court papers in these various cases that seem to be underway. I'm told that they also have a corporate charter in Texas, and that if you call the office of the Secretary of State they'll give you some basic information.
