Thanks for the info. I think the options may be a way to go if you don't want to buy and sell Safeguard itself, but the option premium may eat into profits more than you would like. I also don't know how an offering would affect options.

The NAV now is $31.50 (TLAB - ouch!), so the premium is $1.63. (FYI, NAV would have been closer to $33 if TLAB hadn't dropped today.)

Where's that small-cap rally?
