"BUT, they feel the heat from shareholders, they are trying to release some steam. They know what's going on, they know about Stock Justice. If you can, hold on for the suit. If you sell now you can not be involved and they know this. Shareholders will try to go after whatever they can. Stock Justice is speaking with a law firm as of now. " Who are "they"?

If you sell now you can not be involved The fact that someone sells does not exclude them from a class action lawsuit. To be part of the lawsuit, you do not need to be a current holder of shares. Anyone that had sold even prior to the SEC suspension and took a loss on their stock, can still be a part of it. The reason you took a loss was because of FRAUD. EVERYONE that bought MTEI based on the false and misleading PR's, and took ANY kind of loss at ANY time, can be part of the suit.
