Barry...I don't know anything about Pandesic, but look to Cisco to get an example of the potential of company to company e-commerce. They expect to be doing 80% of their sales that way in a year or so. If other companies are failing, it's probably because they aren't offering enough value added to the process.

The article about Pandesic you posted is terrific. Thanks!

Regarding their change in strategy because they had no success in attracting the big brand names, AOL has had a similar problem. AOL has signed some nice deals but the really well known consumer brand names are missing from their long list of partners who hope to generate revenue on AOL.
