I've tried adjusting with the "What if" window to fit the 80th percentile of the 52 wk hi-lo range. That is to get buys in the upper 20% of the range and sells in the lower 20%. The problem is, when fundamentals have significantly changed, previous trading range/52 wk hi-lo values don't have valid meaning anymore. I was wondering if you had some insight on how to adjust the safe value to fit the new fundamentals, if possible.

I understand what a 'vealie' is, but am not sure how (the mechanics or actual steps) to execute a 'vealie' in Newport.
