The price going down is sort of like cancelling shares. Only instead of cancelling full shares, the market is doing it salami style.

In case anyone hasn't noticed, the market has been treating stocks inversely proportionate to their market cap. The lower the cap, the greater the decline. I don't see this changing any time soon.

I don't have any bright solutions.

I believe those are restricted shares and can only be sold or converted at the 1.50 price or above.
Not sure though.
