Re ENVY: are you talking about this tidbit from their Marketguide profile (not even buried in the 10Q)?:

Results reflect internal growth of transaction volume and the absence of a $3 million write-off of acquired in-process technolgy.

So am I correct they would have lost a million instead of showing 2 million net income if they had included the write-off? Or is there some other nefarious accounting procedures buried in the financials? One more question, why has the short interest been 3 million and change for the last 12 months? I was expecting to see a gradual increase, but there has been very little change for an entire year.

What happened to GBUR today?

Do you expect the run-up to continue?

ENVY is a piece of shit. Their method of writing off acquisitions could be challenged by
the SEC. Although Salomon claims the sales force teach in is next week, and the road
show after labor day, one need only look at the SEC's spanking of McDonalds to see
that they frown on aggressive accounting like that of ENVY's.

The business is also overvalued and they have lost their largest customer, MEDIQ to
MediAmerica, a company currently in registration.

Mr. Pink is short and so should you be.

What vitamins has ENVY been taking? Like a salmon swimming up stream, this POS gained 3/4 today. I'm hoping it spawns soon so that its lifeless body will float downstream to be scooped by a hungry bear waiting for an easy meal.
