David, Thanks for the information on options. As to the question on the merger, I think it has already closed. Tlabs is a good company, but I don't have an understanding about Ciena. Right now my impression is negative, but that is based on Tlabs dropping from the 90s to the 50s because of Ciena warnings and bad news. Good luck to all.

David, do you know how many shr of WHOV? SFE has? (before and after the offering) Do you (or does anyone) know how many total shares there are outstanding? Looks like SFE is at a NAV of about 924 mm now, working out to an NAV of about $28.43 in my book.
