Still Learning, speaking of WHOV?...Do you know when the rights offering is scheduled to commence? Wasn't the process going to be complete this quarter? They would have to get things rolling this week to make that a reality unless the plan changed. I'd appreciate your input.

From the Who S-1 filing, Safeguard owns 5.3 mil. shares, and will sell about 117K shares, so they'll own 5.2 mil. after the offering. After the offering, WHOV will have about 22 mil. shares outstanding (they are registering 7.4 mil. this offering).

Based on a trading range of $5-10 for the shares, WHOV will add $0.80-$1.60 to Safeguard's NAV.
