It was always scheduled for late Sept. so it's still on track. I'd expect to see rights in early Sept and exrights by end of month. This will go right down to the end of the Q. There is no deadline, other than self-imposed that makes SFE want to complete this before Q's-end

But having made that decision, they have never been late or rescheduled in the 8-9 offerings I've been through.
