s.l.,

I do NOT believe that Safeguard has time to complete the Who Vision offering by the end of September, which I regard as very unusual. Based on their own timeline, they usually announce all the key dates about 10 days before the 35-day exercise period starts. The 35-day period would have to start this Thursday, so unless they alter their announcement policy, or shorten the exercise time, then they will NOT offer Who by the end of the quarter.

I also think that since the accounting complexity is behind the goal of keeping an offering in one quarter, that it would make sense to not even start the offering until Q4. I would look for an announcement in mid-Sept. with the dates, to start in October with the distribution of rights.

That means also that there should be a 2nd offering in Q4, if Safeguard is going to stick to 3 per year (and if they do not, it would look pretty bad). So, speculation as to which company: Intellisource or eMergeVision?

Any comments?
