I agree. Can't remember the last time that I saw such ineptness in a management team. With 68 million shares outstanding, I doubt that another offering is likely considering their dismal performance the last two years. Then add on the possibility that they want to raise 100 million dollars via a debt offering and things don't look well. Even if they had decided to carry on with that debt offering I wonder just how long it would be before they blew that cash? I guess someone finally woke up and realized that they would have to pay that down sometime. Chances are they are going with the "wink and a prayer" strategy and hoping that Duke Forever and Prey pulls their butt out of the fire. Too bad that with a relatively strong line-up coming out in the next six months to a year they won't be able to save a dime of it.
And they wonder why shareholders are filing lawsuits against them.
