OK, Roger ... here is my expert opinion ... (Remember I am a recycled EE) And you can check this out for yourself ... right click on the web page. Then select "view source" and it will give you the HTML source code.

Who ever wrote this did a screen capture so that they could simply add to the previous messages on the page. So, lets assume that someone wanted to add their own message to the existing one and lets look for the telltail paw prints.

First, why is it that the Ministry of just about everything, even archialogy, has a button on the home page, but the Ministry of Home Affairs and Housing does not. I can find NO mention of this ministry anywhere in any of the Belize documentation. It appears to NOT exist!

Now, normally, a government web page would be updated by the same team consistently. We know that a program called HTMLed32 was initially used to create this page, and if you check out other pages on this site, you will find that those also were done with this same editor. The other thing you might want to know is that programs such as this automatically add the html tags so that the user does not need to worry about the proper codes. It is sort of like a WYSIWYG approach. But the key here is that this particular program does it consistantly the same way. Now look at the new paragraph tag, the "<p>", and notice where it is on each paragraph. On the bogus post, it is on the line after the end of the paragraph. On the real posts, it is on the same line as each indented paragraph. Notice also the one line that is twice as long as the others and notice the "<p>" in the middle of te first paragraph ... HTMLed32 would not do that! Now, folks, this is a code that is added by the HTML editor as the bogus post was created. The rest of the tags were not disturbed, so when this page was reposted, only the bogus post was different.

Now then look also at the protocall that was used. All other messages begin with a dateline. The bogus post does not. Also, all real posts end with the word "ends". The bogus post does not.

On the use of language, please note that the bogus Press release is written in fairly good english. Now note in all of the other posts, the lengthy sentences. Many paragraphs are just one loooong sentence.

To be sure, someone has gone to great trouble to accomplish this. As I told you earlier, Rosie is a Market Maker. Who else would go to this amount of trouble if not for greed, or perhaps even survival. Check out the name of the person who brought this post to our attention. Then look to that original post ... Talk about fraud! That original post was made to appear that the information email address had emailed this post to him, and him alone. And then these discrepancies ... Don't forget that PRWT already cost one MM his business.

In my humble opinion, the Belize site has been hacked! You may remember a few years ago when the CIA site got hacked and pictures of an animal were put in place of the picture of the director ...

Now then, what effect will this have tomorrow morning? Well, there are certainly enough folks that are scared already and have probably already placed sell orders. This will be damming, even after it is proven to be false. Will PRWT bounce back? You bet it will.

Now consider, here we have a stock that for a long time sold for less than 1c. Now it starts to climb. I would wager that there was a LOT of shorting going on. We may be talking millions of shares having been shorted. And now it is time to pay the piper. What better way to save your ass than to hack an official government site and post a damming press release?

When last I talked with John, he told me that the name of the development is Laguna Estates. He even gave me the directions on how to get there. He is in the process of connecting me with the president of the homeowner's association. As soon as I talk with that person, I will share with you the information I have uncovered.

Now then, let me share with you some of the intracacies of the Belize setup as I understand them. First off, PRWT is NOT doing Mortgage banking, but is instead doing underwriting. What they are doing is processing recourse paper. Let me explain what that means in common language. In Belize, it is very difficult to get a mortgage. Generally, a person must come up with 50% down payment, and even then it is difficult to get a bank to give them the money. Under this new plan, the down payment is MUCH lower, and the bank gets PRWT to front the money. This makes mortgage money available to the common folk. Then PRWT turns around and sells the paper on the secondary market. When a person goes into default, the bank is already out of the picture and PRWT goes to the govt to pick up the default, and then covers it with whoever owns it in the secondary market. Now what is the difference between this and mortgage banking? Simple, a mortgage banker has a bank that is part of the central banking system whose business it is to take, service and collect mortgages. What PRWT is doing is very different in that they do not belong to the central banking system, rather the local banks belong and PRWT does business with them.

I reserve the right to be wrong on any or all of this but I DON'T THINK SO! It would be nice if JOHN could halt trading tomorrow morning, but I fear that the dye may already be cast.
