I would expect bsx knew about this pending law suit for quite some time. These companies may have been in negotiations and bsx felt they were without merit. Why else go on and take it through the courts rather than settle outside the court system? I only sold a small portion of bsx yesterday. Sold some mrk (it hurt to sell core but tlabs looked like a great opportunity) and a few other companies. I suppose I could have waited until later in the day for a potential price drop but I didn't have any feel if the stock may turn around on a dime. We will have to see what happens next week on bsx. I have a number of companies who are in law suits it seems to be the norm today. Are there publicly traded law firms. <g> see ya John
