Hi L,

Totally aside from anything that may or may not be going on in the let's make a deal world, I hear that there are several announcements set to be made by the company in the next few weeks. You have to believe Bill is feeling tremendous pressure from all sides to get the price up, and you have to believe he'll do what he can. One example that I'd anticipate is the spinning off of the New Media businesses. I've also heard that many funds are ready to buy in. So don't feel that all is lost. I'm feeling pretty comfortable that we've put in (or are putting in) a bottom at 30. Charts looking pretty good now.

And don't forget, this Q could show tremendous execution. If they can build out hubs as they're anticipating and Nate is successful in his decree that this back log of resold lines will go on-net, funds and analysts will start getting pretty excited about this company. This could be a great, exciting quarter. Not as doom and gloom as you're feeling now.

And, according to many posts on Yahoo, it's a done deal on Monday anyway, so nothing to worry about :-)
