Dear Steve,

Let me tell you that your posts are not only informative but they also bring great comfort ..please continue it helps.

My problem is not with WCII which is simply a great company and in a normal market or anything approaching a normal market would and still may do very very well for us.

My problem is that the market is not normal or anything approaching it. We are in a bear market and it getting more bearish by the hour. This week we've got a bunch of irrelevent news concerning

the sex life of the President,

a devaluation of the Russian currency which everyone has known is bust and will always be bust,

a Chinese devaluation which everyone knows won't happen,

Japan with yet more news that its economy is bad and getting worse which we all know,

Japan where the new government isn't doing enough quickly enough to correct the problem which we all know about

At each one of these events the market is going to take a nasty downward lurch and CNBC will go to Bob Pisani at the New York Stock Exchange and he makes me look quite positive and he'll go off into his usual litany of negativity about market groups and and all the traders etc etc and this isn't gettin any better at all!

In such a market WCII with no earnings for at least a year and a quarter just isn't saleable. No-one, funds or individuals will buy the stock and its lack of liquididty feeds itself. These sad circumstances aren't of course limited to WCII the vast majority of small cap stcoks will go the same way.

As far as WCII is concerend it does sort of worry me that we have now had at least two of these rumour periods. Artificially pushing up a stock is just as bad artifically pushing it down. People will begin not to take WCII seriously if this is yet another false rumour. Worse still it will encourage the shorters to take a real interest in WCII and that is the last thing we need now.

I thought we had at least established several months ago that Bill had turned down an offer for the company of around $80 or at least over $60 and that was over three months ago. Why on earth would he now even listen to an offer of $52.

So who is putting these rumours around and what good is it supposed to do. Yes it would certainly allow some holders to get out but then what of the long time 'investor' type holders as most oof this thread is?

Allway good to hear from you.

Best regards,

L
