Re "Democrats support tax increases"

I think this is a very tired and old (sorry I don't have the time
to research it all the way back) and useless argument.

The fact of the matter is that Clinton appointed the best man
for a very critical job - a Republican, Rubin.

BC and Hillary are achievers - let's give credit where its due,
before falling back to tired old super-conservative nonsense.

To quote a phrase that should strike a chord with you - "let him
who is without fault cast the first stone".

Do you want a leader in tune with today's issues, or a leader(?) worried about perfection?

I'd want intelligent people at the helm, they don't have to be perfect - no one is (except in GOP nirvana).

I think that BillC, Hillary and AlGore are the
people we want to take us forward - or perhaps you would prefer Dan Quayle?

How can a guy like Jay, who wants to engage in political debate, come in here so totally un-armed? It has been documented for several decades that the Dems are the party of the rich, socially engineered and union mobsters.

The party of Lincoln continues to serve the middle class and the doers.
