Thanks Milk I will assume then the cap = 175k. ..So, at .40 -approx 437500 shares. I imagine anyone desiring to pick up a larger amount at this price will have to let it happen gradually in a number of smaller purchases. I was pleased to see that getting us some relief is on top of CVIA's priorities. So am i Mike...So am I! -ggg- Dave

Gooooood Morning Thread..... Well here is you guys chance to say whats on your mind, there will be several of the BoD members reading the thread today, so post away. There is one question I can answer these BoD members are all impartial towards Jack and have jumped into these issues in a big way. They wanted to make sure that all you know this, because they are all investors that have taken a big hit on their investment also and are looking at turning this company around.... not humoring each other. There is a lot taking place and there is a lot needing immediate attention so we are on day 3 of the "meeting" and everyone is not letting up until some of these problems are solved. Ask you questions or make your comments, I will make sure they are at least read, but I am not sure I can answer them due to time constraints and some of the things that will be addressed and voted on in the next 30 hours or so. The next PR is going to be a doozie <g> KAA
