Actually, I hope you make a fool of yourself by shorting as much of DGIV as you can. Be my guest. I hope you have deep pockets, you will need them.

However, I am glad that you have finally admitted your reason for being here. At least you are not playing the altruistic role that so many other shorters try to play.

As far as the SEC, if everything you are doing is legal, then there is nothing to worry about, is there? And, BTW, I already did ask them about the legality of shorting in combination with price manipulation by bashing a stock in public. That is a no-no. By the way, did you see where they set up a new internet unit to look for those who come on threads such as this to manipulate stock prices?

Paul, I'll let you know what they have to say.

To: E*Trade
Attn: Compliance Department
CC: SEC Regulatory Division

As an individual, non-professional investor, with an E*Trade Account, I would like to know if the technique for shorting an OTC-BB stock outlined below is (a) legal, (b) complies with your SEC regulatory constraints, and (c) is of benefit to individual investors who buy OTC-BB securities through your brokerage. The individual providing investment advice in this matter, on the Silicon Investor public internet board, is a Mr. Paul McGinnins.

Thank you in advance for your response.
