Their latest 10Q was filed yesterday. I didn't see any surprises. SG & A is up, but that's because of expected future contracts. I still feel good about owning some CMND even though I bought at higher prices than what they are at now. I might double down in a week or two if the price stays low that long.

Dear JDN: I've called so often I believe that I'm close to being a pest. I always get the same response: "The registration statement will be filed "soon." I've been directed by our attorneys not to say anything more. I'm very sorry." I believe that even CMND is frustrated by its attorney's advice.

JDN--I lost considerable money on this stock, and haven't posted for the past few months. But, I want to point out something, that I feel is a misconception by the current shareholders. Nothing in the SEC requirements, precludes a company from announcing a contract during the quiet period. The company can't forecast potential earnings, or give any forward looking statements, but can make announcements of a contract or other announcements that are statements of the normal course of business. I currently have a position in a new IPO, that put out a contract announcement, and checked this out with their IR firm. The gentleman I spoke to, read me the ruling, right out of the SEC guidelines. I thought you current cmnd holders would be interested in this info---Jan
