Jim, Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that CMI Capital will continue to work with IDCN in some capacity even if the buyout offer is rejected. Seems like I read here CMI will be lending help in evaluating other buyout offers and with Investor Relations.

If CMI is helping with IR then are doing a pretty good job so far. A PR about a buyback always seems makes investors/traders ready to buy, and then a buyout offer at 9-10 times the recent price!

I'm not saying this is a scam, and this is all JMHO, but I remain skeptical here. If CMI and IDCN are working together, then I think that probably CMI knew beforehand their "buyout offer" would be rejected, so that this was basically a "fluff" PR to spark investor interest it has certainly done that. CMI possibly had no intention to actually follow through. If there are other buyout offers then I await those and/or the report on the gold findings. Possibly then we will be able for better gauge a value for this stock.

Again, this is just my opinion, and please correct me if the above is incorrect.
