I don't pretend to know; just wanting to find out more. Your ideas are perfectly feasible. It seems that Jeff and Serge Talon surly know each other well. And, CMI Capital is in the money/middleman business. CMI was/is representing both IDCN and the Eurpopean investors. If IDCN wasn't looking to sell out, why would they involve CMI Capital? This doesn't appear to be a search for capital investors. Time will tell. I have no answers, just a lot of questions. I was thinking of opening a Roth IRA with about 20,000 shares for my wife? If it does explode, it would shelter the capital gains. But, I'm sure it has to have a hole in my theory (it sounds too good). Waiting for more Info, Jim Newbie
