Something real simple - a 15 minute meal:

Start the water boiling for some pasta. Go pick some tomatoes and a handfull of basil leaves (a little oregano too if you have it).

Throw some of your favorite pasta in the now boiling water. Start heating some olive oil in a fry pan.

Chop the tomatoes and toss into the olive oil. Chop the basil and add it, along with some garlic (I usually use the pre-chopped kind in jars) and salt and pepper to taste. Stir it while your pasta cooks.

After the pasta is cooked and drained, just toss it into the pan with the tomatoes. Toss then serve with a little parmasan on top.

Who says home cooking is hard and time consuming!
