Great post!! I have been a lurker on this board for several months and have posted only once. I have several observations to make and hope those invested in PRWT take the time to read it. 1. This thread, which was once very informative, is becoming irrelevant to any serious investor (check out what people are saying about this thread on Raging Bull). I have spent hours today reading the posts of the last few days. Mostly a lot of name calling and childish insults. Nothing to help anyone thinking about putting serious money in PRWT. My guess is that anyone who is considering investing in PRWT and has yet to do so would run for the hills based on the thread activity of the last several days. Too bad because the potential for PRWT is staggering at current price levels. The real shame of it is that there has been a tremendous amount of great DD done in the past several weeks that is being overshadowed by the current emotional flare-ups. Here is a suggestion: Rather than resort to name calling, respond to an insulting/mis-informed post with a re-post or link to some of the great DD posts we have had on this board. It will maintain the presence of the quality DD that is getting lost in the shuffle here. Bashers are dealing only in innuendo, which is easy to defeat based on what PRWT has accomplished to date. 2. This board places way too much emphasis on pending "news" and then starts to panic when it does not materialize. PRWT news is kind of like throwing a big steak to a hungry lion - satiation is only temporary. Give the CEO of this company some breathing room. Quit harassing him for news and the daily hand-holding phone calls. 3. Based on the earnings estimates I have seen on this board in the past, plus my own conservative number crunching, PRWT has a good chance of going to .20 within the next year (yes, I said within the next year, not next week like many posters on this thread expect). This is based on CONSERVATIVE earnings estimates of .019 per share, and a very conservative P/E of 10. My guess is that a lot of people on this board are holding in the .035-.05 range, and some substantially lower. So let's figure an investor is holding 200,000 shares at .04 for an investment of $8,000. Let's assume that the stock does go to .20 within one year, and that stock is now worth $40,000 for a return of 400%. The rest of my portfolio will take 20 years to generate that kind of growth if I am lucky. Even if an investor got in at the top, that is a 100% return. That is double what I ever expect on venture capital within one year. 4.I have never owned a penny stock in my life before PRWT. My portfolio is in seven figures and I do not invest my money based on what someone says on a chat board. Last week I purchased over 1,000,000 additional shares of PRWT, and will enthusiastically greet any further dip in price this coming week as an opportunity for further accumulation ( I volunteer this information only to prove that I put my money where my mouth is). Am I positive that PRWT is going to go to the moon? hell no - only a fool would say yes. But I do have a significant amount of cash invested based on my own DD and plan to weather any and all storms over the next 52 weeks. I do not need any more "news". Any further developments will be icing on the frosting for me. The name of the game now is earnings, and I will give the CEO of this company the next year to prove what I belive to be the potential of PRWT. t.rex
