His predictions were right on the mark. I personally feel that I got golden opportunity and special thanks to Dr. Niman and Tony. I am waiting for LGNDW to fall.

On a side note CFO of LIGAND is hopeless as he needs 1 1/2 months to manipulate the revenue 9.5 million. Paul Maier needs education in computerized accounting. If I were CEO, I do not want him.

Dr. Robinson needs to take a cut in his salary for constantly diluting shareholders equity.

Andrew, Henry has been saying for a long time that LGND is way underfunded. The 2nd quarter earnings report really brings that home. They are going to have to come up with some creative financing.

Ligand's science hasn't changed because the 2nd quarter was a little disappointing. They still have a large pipeline, and some very exciting scientific achievements, and significant partnerships with some of the biggest biotechs around.

Perhaps this is a goldmine?! Of course, I wish I had waited before establishing my LGND position, but, as far as I am concerned, I'll just tuck my shares away, and hope for a strong 2nd half.

Good luck, Bob
