Everytime I have called John lately; he is on the other line or out of the office. I live in Dallas and my wife is about to kill me because of our phone bills. I do correspond with a few people via email who have been able to give me blow by blow details of what is going on. Two of the people have made personal visits to the office and have spoken directly to John and continue to do so. The only thing missing between John and I is the inflections in his voice. You know how hard those are via email.
