Sticking fulfillment under marketing has got to be grounds for a legal action once the stock tanks - there can't be any possible explanation under GAAP. In other situations where management was deceptive, the people who lost money became very angry and went after the management personally, as well as the company. Once this sort of thing gets underway the stock never recovers. All the shorts need is for this thing to drop to 75 or so and for the legal actions to start and it's game over for the bulls for good.
