Mr, Forthright, I don't know about any big moves that were supposed to happen. I know that I invested in DGIV because I believe they have a terrific future. I assume that since they are testing thier IP Telephony Network in Sydney,Taiwan, Seoul, Hong Kong and Tokyo over the next 6 weeks and immediately afterwords will start carrying revenue producing phone service over those lines, that we can expect to see the impact of that revenue on the bottom line of the companies financials. Like any other BB stock until we see the audited financials we can only invest based on what the company releases in the way of news (contracts and ect.) I know that when I call Jakarta Digitcom Answers the phone. I know that the German money is real. I know we were awarded the last ISP issued in Indonesia bringing the total # in that country to 16 and for the size of the population there I think this could turn out to be of tremendous value to DGIV. Ect, ect ect, So I hold my shares{Presently showing a paper loss by the way} because I believe in Jimmy Chin and the companies game plan as well as the future of Internet Communications. To me this will be the most exciting and profitable field of technology for the next 5-10 years. I patiently wait giving the CEO of a very young company a chance to get DGIV off the ground. I do not worry about the short term stock price any longer, I am in DGIV for the long haul and when news comes out I am happy to know what DGIV is doing. But when audited financials are filed with the SEC I plan to be jumping for joy. These Mr. Forthright are the reasons I am here and plan on staying with this company for a long long time to come.

Mr. Forthright, Mark C provided an excellent response to your question, based on his reasons for investing. I would like to reply from my own perspective, as I don't consider you as a "basher" but rather an intelligent person who has had some unfortunate experiences with scams in the past (so have I). Unlike others who come onto our thread bashing the stock, yet claiming they are here to save us from whatever, I do believe you are sincere in your desire to obtain information, educate investors, and who knows -- maybe even invest.

About the rally. DGIV had a series of announcements up to a couple of months ago, then for reasons only they know, they went into a silent period until last week. When they came out with a news release at midnight last Friday, there was a lot of excitement, particularly because the announcement answered a lot of questions we all had about their technology -- mainly whether or not they supported H.323 protocols and open standards. Their news release stated that they signed with Natural Microsystems and Nortel for gateways, two of the leading manufacturers. There were some other things, but this, IMO, was the major announcement.

This was a technical news release, and while absolutely necessary and important, I felt that too many were getting carried away with thoughts of a quick rally. This concerned me because I and others do not want to see quick rises in the price that are not based on fundamentals, because such rises draw day traders, shorters, etc. In addition, many of us have learned painful lessons from mistakes we have made in other stocks. I think you know what I am refering to. So some of us were urging caution, and I do believe caution was exercised.

We did have a nice tempered rally on Monday and Tuesday, but the rest of the week saw the price fall back. Interestingly, on some of those days time and trade reports showed more buys than sells, but we are used to that. For us longs, that is not important, particularly since DGIV still has not released financials and is not listed. Until those two events happen, this remains a risky stock, with tremendous upside potential, for sure, but still risky. No one should be invested in DGIV or any other non-reporting BB stock unless they understand the risk and can afford to take losses should they occur. I am in this stock for the long term, so whether it goes to 2 or 4 in the near term is not important to me. What it does in 3 months, 6 months, a year or two, is much more important.

For those who have been here since March, we have been subjected to every imaginable attack. However, this has made us stronger, in that we have dug up as much as we possibly could and have made DGIV, IMO, the most researched non-reporting company in the BB world. I know this is no substitute for an SB10, which we are patiently awaiting, but under the circumstances, and since we have chosen to take the risk, this is what we have to do. We are still subjected to attacks from those who are never satisfied -- who questioned DGIV's H.323 compliance, for example, then when it is proven they will not acknowledge it but move onto something else. It gets very tiring, but such is the territory of OTC-BB investing.

This is a long answer, I know, but I think it is important that you and others understand what we DGIV investors on this thread are about. We do not like hype, we do not like day trading, we do not like shorters. But we do support each other, and have our share of fun. And when good things happen, we do get emotional, as we are human.

Mr. Forthright, take the DGIV challenge. If the shares i own in dgiv are not shares of a fully reporting, nasdaq listed company by year end i will post an apology on any thread you like for doubting you. If you lose, you come here and post an apology to this thread. Now, put up or shut up.

gary

P.S. to anyone reading this is not intended to hype dgiv but simply to test the resolve of mr forthright.
