Tom, I thought Bob inserted a letter describing that function when he sent Newport out? I remember getting one back in 94! Ha... I remember when I first got your graphs. Sept 4th of 1994. I still have your original envelope you sent me! Is there any value to it today? Will it ever be included in the future AIM HALL-OF-FAME of artifacts and ideas?

Have a good one!!!

Jim

Hello gentleman,

I apologize for not posting more frequently, I am unfortunately consistently short on time. I did, however manage to cobble together a webpage that has every AIM link known to man.

members.aol.com

If anyone has any other suggestions for my "alternative" investing site, please let me know.

I have given a lot of thought recently to the question of whether it is best to update AIM on a time or price basis and still haven't reached a definite conclusion. I am inclined to go with the idea of bi-monthly updating. This would have worked better in JG's oil patch.

I think DD is a perfect candidate for the original concept of AIM. It seems these days that many investors are focused a little too much on the short term, although one of my favorite past-times is plugging these hot tech IPO's into the system and watching the miracle of AIM investing.

DCLK (Doubleclick) went public around 30 ....ran up as high as 77, and now sits at 43. Needless to say, AIM took some serious profits and crushed the buy and holder. Imagine the ride for the buy and holder on that one. How could anyone possibly know the best levels to buy and sell? Thank goodness for the "system".

Bless Tom Veale for all the effort and insight he brings to this thread. He is without a doubt the "Guru" of AIM investing and should probably be interviewed by the press.

Anyway, If you haven't visited all the AIM sites yet, you owe it to yourself. This seems to be a growing community.

Take care everyone and make sure you select only the best stocks to plug into your "systems".
