SEC Filing:

Deadline to file was today, 8/15. Since today is Saturday, it may be possible that Monday is actually the deadline. I will be calling PRWT on Monday about this. Secondly, I think company's still do not have to file electronically. In that case, the filing will not show up on EDGAR right away. I will ask PRWT on Monday how they filed. Depending on what I hear, I will try and confirm with the SEC also. They are only a couple of blocks down the road.
