Thanks Alex i find it just so unfair you cannot take the Arab nations who are cutting back and put them in this kind of financial oil stress and the rest on the world exclusion Europe and Uk and without someone getting angry.

This is the last paragraph of the article. I find it shocking that US would be viewed so after we gave the Afghans free access to Stinger missiles which led to Soviet losses of a plane a day for three or four months and ultimately their withdrawl. Both the Iranians and the Afghans may still have some of those Stingers, though the bulk of them were repurchased by the US at a huge price to prevent future threats. --Al
