My feeling is that this whole thing will not gain any steam until the company has approved reporting financials. I have a general idea what the "plan" is but IMO it is not going to run the stock up at once. Not to be negative but I think we have to push Sitra on Monday to give us an up-to-the-hour report on "where are the audited financials for the SEC." I am not sure they have even been resubmitted yet. If Colin's people want to put in a "plan" to increase shareholder equity, they are putting the horse before the cart. What all investors need is some proof that those wonderful esp numbers are for real and the share count is what we think it is.
