I concur!

I have been long for about three months but the lack of SEC approval is the single thing that has me worried. Although I believe in Card since I have read all his postings, the "plan" again has the appearance of a possible scam in a non reporting BB stock. We need the submission and asap even before a "plan". The havoc reeked on the Yahoo board has been devastating. Our cohesiveness has been shattered which was the strongest thing we have had (besides Nutstoo's buys) against the shorts. I hope Flight will consider rejoining the Yahoo thread after the trip to Florida.

Hi all, I'm a member here as well as think we should post highlights from the Yahoo board here and let this be the place to disseminate positive info. and answer other questions.
Don't forget everyone can read this board just not all can post. I think we'll be surprised to find out how many on Yahoo could come here.

<<My feeling is that this whole thing will not gain any steam until the company has approved reporting financials.>>

This is a good point. I don't see how due diligence is possible without these financials. A great leap of faith is required otherwise. Having done this once with a BB stock of a local company, which allowed me access to the CEO and CFO, I was astounded to see how the financials contradicted their stories, their confidence, and their promises. I missed most of the stock collapse only because I read the financials as soon as they were issued, a matter of lucky timing when I stopped by the company. Even after they resigned, they felt they were misunderstood. Apparently, self-deception can go a long way.

dacoola,
I concur with your statements 100%. The SEC filing and confirmation of the accuracy of the financials are about all that really matters at this point. Sure there are other important things, but nothing as important to the minority shareholders as that IMO also.
