Anna, you make a valid point. However, a judge and jury could award the money (if any) to the shareholders and side step any and all other claims; should he desire to do so. This is a VERY slim possibility to be sure, but could happen.

If we were fortunate to get a judge that sees through the financial games and shenanigans of the deal makers, market makers etc. and happens to have empathy for the loss of the victims it could happen. Who knows after years of the wheeler dealers walking away with smiles on their faces we could get a judge who decides to wipe it off and award whatever is available to the shareholders; who are the real losers in the game.

Once it is known who the presiding judge is a letter writing champaign disclosing the loss each have or most likely will endure could weigh heavily on his decision.

If anyone knows who is presiding over this case, please post it. I have not received my court docket information as of yet. When I get the information I will post it if someone has not already done so.

Again, this is a very slim chance, but every once in a great while a miracle happens.
