Dusty, I think that is a great idea. Unfortunately, I do not know a lot about Bahamian law as it applies to due process, but I would LOVE to have the name of the judge (do they even call them 'judges' there?). A letter writing campaign can be a very effective means of making sure that the judges involved can see that regular people have lost here. People like contractors, retired folks, parents trying to earn money for their children, doctors, plumbers, insurance agents, and not just brokers or financial "game players". I am going to try to find out what I can about the court system there. On another note, do you have any info as to a scheduled court date for Pierce's SEC case? So far, I still believe that he has done what he said he would do and is probably an okay guy, but it is stupid to leave any stone unturned, so if there is a case pending, I want to know all I can about it. Someone on another thread mentioned having ONE FIGHT FREE WEEK on SI, and I think it is a great idea. I think it is important to remember that we have ALL lost money here due to the wrongdoing of another person or persons, and we could all be so much more effective in recovering our losses if we, as shareholders, were not divided ourselves. It has always been said that "divide and conquer" is the best way to overcome an enemy force, so my bet is, someone enjoyed the last week's posts immensly. I don't know about you, but I am not going to give them the pleasure again. They have to seek their entertainment value somewhere else. Just my opinion. :-) Binder
