yes! the thing that bothers me is that advance-decline line on the Russell. Huge number of jobs are being lost, why don't they show up on the statistics? Whenever that many tech stocks die, Silicon valley's housing market bubble collapses and we see a glut of overpriced houses for sale and large increases in local unemployment.
The domino effect hits commercial real estate, retailers, auto sales.
Has the public just decided to spend up to the 125% loan on the house and the max on their 10 credit cards and then declare bankruptcy when they lose their jobs? Is this the way it's done in the Clinton South?
