Mr White Shoes I think what we are seeing here is A Large company that has their customers over a barrel,, they are too busy worried about new technology than taking care of present problems their customers are facing today.. when they hook ya onto ADSL ,, what make ya think they won't leave ya hangin, they'll be workin on somethin else.. Were talkin POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT HERE....... you say call them...ya go ahead you get,,,(WE ONLY GUARENTEE 14,400..... One Question Mr White Shoe,,Do you have US WEST NOW?????
