Steve, I see your point.

It makes logical sense that a buy decision is, in fact, a sell decision. Interesting paradox!

By its construction and nature BAMBI will always be a week behind. It was bullish on 4/3 and 4/10, in a dead heat 4/17, and didn't turn bearish until 4/24. It was 22/8 bullish on 7/17 and 20/10 bearish on 7/24. It won't pick the absolute tops and bottoms, since it is looking back. It just let's me know the trend.

What really concerns me is the MACD gave a monthly bearish signal on the DJIA. Don't think that has happened since 94.

As for WMT, both the weekly and daily MACD charts popped bearish signals Friday. Decidely not a great sign. My review of the charts says that it could fall to $53 without breaking its weekly trend line. This is an environment where 24 of the 71 Big Boyz have broken the weekly trends.

INTC is interesting on the daily charts. An up-trend to $84 and a down trend to $87. Something is going happen soon!
