Sounds like a tangled web to me. I work too closely with lawyers on a daily basis to recommend anyone getting involved with them unless absolutely -- and I do mean absolutely -- necessary. Joe's call, of course, as I am sure that he has more info than me and everyone else, but legal actions of any sort have atomic half-lives much longer than the Murph's horizon for DCI. Moreover, I'm not certain a suitor would view such activity as an asset, regardless of how much we may (or may not) stand to benefit. MHO.
