Y2K penny hype: [USTI]. . NEWS: Profitable qtr. for 20 yr biz at .047. United Systems Technologies...Y2K compliant software designed for small to medium sized city governments, police departments, water companies, utilities, courts, etc. . . just released passed quarter... more to come . . 300+ cities already use USTI software . . . should be upgrading soon...software licensing costs 25k per. . . licenses increased by 73 percent. Costs and expenses decreased 13 pct. and salary expense decreased by 19pct. Mostly regional sales so far...very small pct of market has been tapped. While it is not a big company [17 employees, 3 locations] it is a REAL one. The vast majority of penny stocks are strictly hype . . .this one shows little regard for investors...website is clearly designed just for customers use and specifically not for investor hype.
