Fine -- I'll take both you and Gary Jacobs on, in this bet. Here are my conditions: (1) A SEC registration statement with audited financials for DGIV must be available by Oct. 1 -- the link to the EDGAR database must be posted publicly on this thread so that it can be verified. (Verification is necessary because people have a habit of claiming all kinds of things on this thread with no proof.) The registration from 1996 does not count, because it was never followed up on. There has to be a 1998 SEC registration for DGIV. (2) DGIV will not do a reverse split of the stock, in order to qualify for said Nasdaq listing. (3) The loser shall pay to the winner $50, plus make a public apology and disappear from this thread for one month. I am taking the position that DGIV will not be able to comply with (1) and (2) by October 1. Paul M.
