The dividends are accruable, so you will still get the dough + QUARTERLY compounding when it is eventually paid. Additionally, the prides rank on the same level as senior debt which means we get paid before the shareholders of common do.

Wren, i concur on all points, with variations, all the if's will work, CD common will be 24/26 by Dec, this year, CD.I will approach 40. I strongly recommand you go to search engines and plug in "Henry Silverman" , there is an excellent bio. as to who he is, things he has done. Come back with your opinion.

WRen, could you please explain the convertible feature of the CD I, this subject may have already been answered, but i am new to this thread. I have bot CD common at 19 and 17, and am interested in some of the CD I for income while waiting. thank you very much. larry
