SEC REQUIREMENTS
The new SEC requirements for Y2K disclosure that are outlined in a letter by the head of the SEC to the CEO of 10,000 public companies will enable investors to see that effect of Y2K problems can be consequential. I don't think it will affect Y2K solution providers but I do believe it increases the probability of a Y2K induced market correction and recession.
