Thanks for your answer. It would be nice to know
WHAT KIND of people TAVA has been hiring recently.
I bet you if they do it right they're hiring people
that have the expertise in the "future" TAVA business,
ie. high margin / low inventory = low material,
if I understand it well.

I would be very selective in not just hiring "bodies"
to get the Y2K stuff done, but to USE the Y2K phase
to pay for the kind of people the "new" TAVA will need !!!
