All those out there that believe this stock is being fraudulently promoted may want to ask themselves why Pacific Consulting Group didn't cash in on stock options when the stock was in the teens.

This group only gets compensated in options, and if it was a pump and dump fraud, wouldn't they have cashed out for a nice profit by now?

They obviously believe in the long term story here or they wouldn't be working so hard to tell the TAVA story.

Something to ponder!

Dear Piotr: I have some experience in this area. The answer is that you hire the level of people needed to do the job. I suspect that a lot of the current work is not particularly technical in nature thus you would hire a less experienced person with a good solid background who is trainable for the future. Thats what we do in public accounting. Everyone doesnt start out at the top. TAVA has two years approximately to develop this personell into experienced engineers. The initial key be that they be properly educated and possess the skills to be trainable. JDN
