David, if it is too expensive for LPS or CSMA to hire an attorney,
wouldn't it be for the "families" to do so also?

I mean, using the same arguments here.
Lawsuits would just cost more money and possibly never get the
money back. (If they lost it.)

I don't know the exact situation here.

I'm sure Mr. Vonderheide told you the SeaSoil was worth quite
a bit. If he owns it, does he still have the CSMA stock?
If so, how did he get it? Was it in 'trade' for the SeaSoil?
If so, wouldn't that be at least partial payment?
